Cottage in Flansham

A recently renovated cottage with a lovely downstairs space and a spacious garden with the potential to use the hot tub if required. It features 2 king size bedrooms, 1 with an en suite and then a separate bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living area and dining table downstairs with a toilet. A travel cot can be supplied if needed. Please ask if you need any extras and we will do what we can to help! The cottage is attached to the main family home but is it’s own separate space. The space An open plan downstairs with a toilet and access to the garden. Upstairs there is 2 king size bedrooms .If you have any special requests with regards to rooms please do not hesitate to contact us so we can arrange this with you. Guest access You will have your own access to the cottage from outside. There is no need to go through the main house. Other things to note A 5 minute drive to the seafront, 10 minutes to Arundel castle and 7 miles to Goodwood motor circuit/racecourse. We are a household with 3 young children who sleep from around 7pm-7am. Mornings, before school can be busy, and we aim to be out at weekends. We try our hardest to keep noise levels low, but our children are 9, 7 and 4. You are in your own space which is attached to the main house. It’s a separate house with its own staircase and all it’s own amenities. Please if you are bringing a pet we ask that they are not on the beds. We love having guests and will do our best to make your stay pleasant. We do keep the cleaning costs at a minimum, please respect this on your departure. Please ask if there anything which you might need for your stay or anything which will make you more comfortable!
