Lovely 2 bedroom rental unit with free parking

Families will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It is only 10 minutes or less to colleges, shopping and entertainment places. It is the ideal unit for a weekend getaway, Short term rental and for people travelling for school/healthcare, etc. & need a place. It has all the amenities to be comfortable for any length of stay. There is an outside patio to relax, a washer, dryer and cable with internet service. It's a safe place, its police patrol everyday. The space The space is decorated with everything that’s needed to make your stay less stressful and more enjoyable. You will have access to the entire suite below the main home. Guest will have their own private entrance. The home has state of the art appliances. In the bathroom, there are marble floors. You will experience a relaxing shower with jets accessories. Each bedrooms has a smart TV and a walking closet. Home is located on the most desirable side of town which is North Columbus. If you are coming to visit or attend military graduations, we are only 23 minutes away from Ft. Benning. We are also conveniently located near most restaurants and shopping areas. You will feel safe in our beautiful quiet neighborhood. Guest access All areas within and around there rented area. Other things to note This lower level apartment is newly built and have it’s known private entrance, a concrete walkway that leads to an outside seated patio before you get to the apartment door. 1. Stays longer than 7 days will require a refresh of linen, towels, and sundry items every 7 days for $50 for each time. I’m sure The appropriate fees will be collected through the resolution center at conclusion of the stay. This is in addition to the final cleaning fee charged during the booking process. For example, an 18 day stay would receive two additional cleanings for $50 each for a total of an additional $100. 2. Birthday parties and events are strictly prohibited. Clean up after an unauthorized party will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee. If you choose to have a party without approval you will result in removal From the property without refund. No-one is allowed onto the property unless they are part of the contracted agreement. There is a $25 fee per unauthorized person on the property that was not included in the reservation. 3. This is a NON-SMOKING property, and will include additional cleaning charges of up to $400 to remove smoke damage and smell if violated. A smoking sensor is located in the home and will alert us when smoke is detected immediately. This rule is strictly enforced. We will assume you have smoked in the property, if the following is identified: - Cigarette butts inside the home and trash cans - Ashes inside the home - Any residue in relation to smoking/tobacco products - Smoke smell is detected - Sensor detects smoke Please discard any smoking products in the outdoor garbage can. 4. We do allow pets, but do require that you clean up after them in the home and OUTSIDE the home. Failure to do so will result in up to $250 cleaning fee in addition to damages caused from pet. There is a fee of $50 per pet. 5. Only the number of guest listed on the reservation is allowed on the property. We will charge $25 per unauthorized guest. Restricted Pets: No aggressive or misbehaved dogs All service dogs are allowed of any breed. 6. $50 replacement fee for lost key
