The space The farmhouse, with the annexe, offers superb 6-bedroom accommodation with an entrance hall, drawing room , family room and large kitchen-dining room with underfloor heating, contemporary fittings with a range style cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer and patio doors to the garden. The kitchen table seats 12 easily when you put the extra chairs around it. There is a separate utility room and a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms - a stunning master suite with a large bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the garden, a large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and a dressing room with a range of wardrobes. There is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Also, three more double bedrooms (one with 2 x single beds or zipped together for superking) which share the contemporary family bathroom (bath and walk-in shower). The property is approached via a five-bar gate onto a gravel drive with parking for a number of cars. The annexe above the garage has a living room , bedroom and bathroom (photos for annexe are called Bedroom 6) and a gorgeous view. In the annexe are two single beds, that can be zipped together if you prefer a double, and a sofa bed in the living area. There are large gardens with well stocked borders and a field for games beyond. The garden is stock-fenced so it is suitable for dogs (maximum 2 dogs please). Guest access The whole house is available except the study (unless monthly stays). Other things to note For stays longer than a week please contact us for a price as the monthly rent is set only for long term rental presently. Longer stays are always negotiable. For winter stays you may be able to rent just the house without the annexe - please enquire.
