Our stylish bed & breakfast is LOCATED in the heart of Soulard. Steps away from Mardi Gras, Soulard Market, Anheuser-Busch, Busch Stadium (Cardinals), Enterprise Center Stadium (Blues), Mollys, Llewellyn's and all that St. Louis has to offer conveniences to the Arch, City Museum, Art and History Museum and Aquarium. Features 3 Queen beds + rollaway bed. Suite features complimentary breakfast assortment (in order to accommodate mandatory 24 hours in advance booking) and 2 bikes. The space The suite easily accommodates guests seeking a weekend short-term stay and long-term extended stays. Equipped with pool table, 2 full beds, queen size pull-out couch, rollaway, business center (ideal for work-life balance), spacious yard to grill and pregame. The property is a duplex with a garden level apartment suite. The garden apartment suite has its own entrance and exit, and shared common areas with the duplex tenants i.e. backyard, game room and laundry. While each apartment is separate, the common space is shared with long term tenants therefore we kindly request the honoring of quiet hours from 9pm -8am. We are happy to accommodate one pet and non-barking dogs. Although they must be crated when you are not in the apartment suite. Other things to note Very important please read the street sweeping signs to avoid a ticket. Parking is located on a public street (no meters) although, it is important to double check each side of the street cleaning dates/time to avoid any tickets. We will not be responsible for tickets issued.
