Feel at home in this recently updated duplex. Located on a quiet street, just a short walk to downtown and 5 minute uber to U f O and Autzen stadium! Centrally located to all Eugene has to offer, but far enough away to get a good nights sleep. Whether you're here for a Ducks game, or work trip, you'll feel right at home here! Please keep in mind when booking: this home was built in the 50's. It has been fully updated and remodeled, but the showers are on the smaller side. The space When you walk in, you will step into the nicely updated living area. It is a nice open area that includes the living room (couch, TV) as well as the kitchen which has a full sized fridge, range, and a cute breakfast bar. The two bedrooms are off to the left side, with the laundry room on the back right side of the home. Access to the back yard can be obtained by walking through the laundry room and out the back door. There is a nice outdoor sitting area, and a rectangle shaped, fully fenced yard. There are two queen beds, one in each bedroom. The couch and extra linens are also available for a guest to use for sleeping.
