The flat is located inside a cosy and safe courtyard so there is not street noise whatsoever. The flat has two large windows for natural light and several lamps distributed all around to provide plenty of illumination. As you can see through the pictures there is a spacious living room area with 50” flat screen Samsung Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video included, a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a king size bed and the other one with a sofa that can be easily transformed into a very comfy single and/or double bed. You will have 2 bathrooms available, fully equipped, both with showers and cleaning products. You will not need to bring your hairdryer for we provide it! One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The whole flat is air conditioned. The owners (Alessandra & Rosario) have traveled extensively, therefore the whole furniture and books available reflect it with a unique design touch.
