Charming Family Farm House next to a State Park

Hull's Spring Hills Farm - Come stay in the original family farmhouse on a 400 acre organic working farm and preserved farm land. Breakfast included upon discussion. We produce maple syrup, honey, blueberries, eggs and xmas trees and have horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats. Next door is Lackawanna State Park with hiking trails, mountain biking, boating and fishing; a close drive to Elk Mountain Ski Resort and the Poconos. The front porch has a view of our resident horses, Ted & Eli. The space The farm house is cozy and comfortable. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom available on the second floor. The owners live on the first floor with a cat and dog. The house has a rustic quality, but has been updated with modern conveniences. Guest access All four rental bedrooms are on the second floor. One Queen bed, two Full beds and one Twin. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room and private bathroom. This is a family home when not rented. We can offer a lower price for a shared visit when we are there living on the first floor.
