It features an AMAZING view of the Gulf of Mexico and access to the balcony where you will find 4 high top chairs along with a high-top table. The Wildlife/Marine Life (Birds, Pelicans, Ducks, Manatee & Dolphin) can be seen from the balcony if you keep a sharp lookout. The Master Bedroom has wall to wall carpet, a King size bed (with pillow top mattress), 32” Flat Screen TV, closet, ample drawer space and access to the balcony. The Private Master Bath has walk in shower and separate Vanity Area with wood cabinet and polished marble top/sink. The Second Bedroom has wall to wall carpet, two Twin Beds, 32” Flat Screen TV, closet and ample drawer space. The Private 2nd Bath has a Tub/Shower and separate Vanity Area with wood cabinet and polished marble top/sink. This area also features a Washer/Dryer (only a few Units offer this amenity), Iron/Ironing Board. The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans and all the cooking extras a chef could possibly need. It also has a Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, Slow Cooker and Cutting Board. It has all Frigidaire Appliances; Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Self-Cleaning Range, Dishwasher, Microwave and Garbage Disposal. It features a Granite Counter, ceramic back splash throughout and wood cabinets. The Dining Area has a dinette with glass top that seats four. In addition, the Kitchen Counter has seating for two.
