"Les Tilleuls", your cozy and cocooning break

Want to visit Burgundy? Looking for a place to relax or need a break during a long journey? Look no further! I will be delighted to welcome you to our property where you will have a quiet, cozy and fully equipped accommodation. The accommodation is perfectly designed for guests looking to be independent with its private entrance. Of course you can count on me for any gastronomic, cultural or any other recommendation. The space The accommodation I am providing is a small house on our property, located in the heart of Burgundy. Occupancy is 4 adults maximum and 2 children There are 2 levels: a 33 m2 ground floor + an attic floor The ground floor consists of: - a kitchen area with induction stove (4 burners), extractor hood, dishwasher, small washing machine, fridge-freezer, pyrolysis oven and microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle - a living/dining room area with 109 cm 4K TV, with NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME, sofa with quick sleeping system, coffee table, dining table for 6 people, large bay window - a modern bathroom with shower, hanging toilet, storage cabinet, dresser with double sink and towel dryer Upstairs, sleeping area, relaxation area and office - from the mezzanine, you will enjoy a king size bed, a desk for work and a relaxation area for children with 2 armless chairs convertible into extra beds The accommodation has its own terrace with garden furniture where you will have the opportunity to relax and share good times with family or friends Guest access The property is fully closed and secure. At the beginning of your stay, a remote control will be given to you as well as a key for the gate so you can come and go as you please. We make our pool available to you. It is in service, except at the whim of the weather from early May to late September. It is not heated but it has a bubble cover that allows it to keep a pleasant temperature except in very hot weather. It is treated with chlorine and its dimensions are 7 m x 5 m with a depth of 1.45 m. It is accessible from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. but depending on the situation (late arrival, bad weather...), the schedules can be arranged. Of course, in order not to disturb your peace, we leave you alone to enjoy the pool during the times agreed together. You will enjoy the tree-lined and flowery garden on the pool side and the large lawn so that the children can play ball games. For family parties, a sheltered ping-pong table and a basketball hoop are also available. Other things to note For breakfast on your first night, everything is planned: coffee, tea or cocoa, you will find what you are looking for! For coffee, thanks to the Nespresso Citiz Platinum machine, you can enjoy different sizes of coffee. Thanks to its 5 dedicated buttons, it is possible to prepare coffees ranging from Espresso to Americano as well as to heat water. For even more gourmet drinks, you can try the milk frother, the Nespresso Aeroccino that will allow you to make delicious latte macchiato, cappuccino or Viennese chocolate! The tea comes from Kusmi Tea, a great tea house since 1867; it is above all a French brand, Made in Normandy. I offer an assortment of 15 choices of different teas and infusions. To accompany your hot drink, you can choose between bread, cereals, milk, butter and miniature jams, not to mention oranges (or orange juice depending on the season) to complete your breakfast. The bedding for the king size bed is made of washed Norman linen (160 g/m2) and made in France. The bedding for the sofa bed below is made of cotton percale (80 threads/cm2, 100% fibers) and made in Portugal. Bath towels for washing up 70 cm x 140 cm are enveloping and soft thanks to 700 g/m2 cotton. They are at your disposal as soon as you arrive in the house. For the shower, I selected quality products, namely shower gels and shampoo from La Rosée. For extra comfort, for your long stays (from 7 nights), bathrobes for Madam and Monsieur await you as well as striped bath sheets 100 cm x 150 cm in cotton 600 gr/m2.
