Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with 32” Roku Smart TVs, blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep, and one with a convenient desk and chair. The shared full bathroom features a tub and shower combo, while a half bath on the main floor adds extra convenience. Guest access Once your reservation is confirmed you will have access to enter Hot Springs Village at the Main Gate. Other things to note The fishing area of Lake Desoto and outdoor community pool, basketball courts and tennis courts are walking distance approx 15 min walk (half a mile approximately) or a 3 minute drive. Desoto Beach access is a short 5 minute drive. Balboa Beach is a 10 minute drive. Please do not access the creek from our home, the slope is very steep. Seasonal pool fee of $4/per person applies. Water toy rentals at Lake will incur a cost. Prices are subject to change and at the discretion of the facility management.
