Located between Touraine and Poitou, 10 minutes from Richelieu, this pretty old house of 280 m², rated 3 *** by the ACAP, has been restored by us to allow you to meet with family or friends. Between the castles of the Loire, the vineyards, the tourist places but also Center Parc or the Futuroscope, many cultural or gourmet visits are available to you, do not hesitate to come and discover them... The space Our cottage for 12+ people + 2 babies, is composed of: A heated spa (small pool) + 1 bathroom with shower and toilet On the ground floor: - a 35 m² living room with dining table and storage - a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction stove, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, 2 raclette sets, crêpe-party... - a bathroom with a double shower, 2 sinks, a bathtub - Utility room with washing machine - Separate WC - a living room with flat-screen TV, access to courtyard - a bedroom with 1 160 bed + 1 90 bed and a wooden baby bed + storage -Board games Upstairs you will find: - a shower room with sink and toilet - one bedroom with a 160 bed, a baby cot + storage - one bedroom with a 160 bed + storage - a large dorm with 6 beds 90 In an annex, you can enjoy a games room with billiards, ping pong table, Molky, ball, badminton, darts... Outside: Pergolas, garden furniture, armchairs, barbecue... Guest access The entire living area Other things to note Our gîte La Plume du Poète is waiting just for you: Located on a one-hectare plot, it includes: A meadow, and a closed courtyard, where children can play peacefully, you can also park or play bowls as you wish. A small heated pool is accessible all year round, it opens fully onto the courtyard, a real pleasure when the weather is mild... When booking, don't hesitate if you have any special requests (high chair, changing mat), we will do our best to make your stay pleasant. I provide sheets, bath towels and dish towels but the beds are not made upon arrival. For an additional €10/bed, it's possible. To avoid having to run, consider providing, for example, a few dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, your swimsuits and flip-flops, and charcoal to share beautiful moments together. Before you leave: Please clean the barbecue, sort and take out the garbage, put ALL wet towels in the bathtub, and bed linen (pillowcase and duvet cover) in the place towards the laundry room. Please check that all windows and Velux are closed. Regarding cleaning, the accommodation is large, I do my best to accommodate you in a clean and tidy place, the small pool is heated, linens are provided, this implies that when you leave the house must be returned in a good condition, at least a sweep or vacuum, table washed, kitchen tidy... I will be happy to host you in this place that is close to my heart.
