The Lodge is part of our bespoke collection at ‘Wootton Manor Devon’ The space Wootton Lodge is a new conversion finished to a high standard. The front hallway opens out onto a lovely light open plan kitchen dinner including table, breakfast bar, comfy chairs, wood burning stove a large wall mounted smart TV. Two large patio doors open out on to the enclosed garden. Roof windows in the vaulted ceiling further enhance the beautifully light atmosphere. The kitchen includes a 5 ring Range Master duel fuel cooker, dish washer, fridge and freezer. There are four bedrooms including a master en-suite which boasts a super King bed or a twin if preferred. A family bath/shower room serves the other bedrooms. All bedrooms have smart TV’s There is also a separate WC A well equipped separate utility room includes a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a tall larder fridge in the rear lobby. The garden extends to about 250m2 of beautiful mowed lawn incorporating a unique Tree house ideal for coffees, drinks, stargazing there is even a chimenea to keep you warm or toasting marshmallows ! At ground level there is a patio with outside furniture and BBQ. The garden has amazing views to Exmoor and also our local village of High Bickington. The garden is totally private with no close neighbours Guest access The Lodge is totally private, guests are welcome to walk through our farm and explore our 90 acres of fields and woodland or say hello to our animals including Emus, sheep, lambs, goats, ponies, rabbits, peacocks and more !
