Located in Asalah, the authentic Bedouin part of Dahab, you're just a couple of minutes away from the square where you can find all you need for daily life. Walk down a few minutes more and you find yourself on the beach, overlooking the Gulf of Aqaba. The space Welcome to our charming house in the heart of Dahab. A spacious haven just a 5-minute stroll from the beach and a mere two minutes from the vibrant local market. Our palm tree oasis boasts a 300 square meter plot with a generous 110 square meters of living space. Get ready to be wowed by our open-plan layout featuring a large kitchen, dining, and living area complete with a plush cushioned corner for relaxation and a 43-inch TV for entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen has a 4-flame gas hob, a Gorenje electric oven, a big LG fridge-freezer, and even a convenient dishwasher. Perfect for accommodating up to four guests, our cottage offers two bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. One bedroom features a 1.60 m wide double bed, while the other provides two comfortable single beds. Both bedrooms are generously sized, spanning approximately 20 square meters each. The house includes 1.5 bathrooms for your convenience. The main bathroom has been tastefully renewed with mosaic style tiles, a shower and a toilet. Additionally, the second bathroom houses a washing machine and a toilet. A true highlight of our property is the enchanting outdoor space. Step into the garden adorned with palm trees, bougainvillea and an old olive tree, creating a serene backdrop for your stay. Unwind in the cozy corner, with cushions, perfect for sipping coffee or enjoying a delightful meal on the veranda. Located at the “Eel Garden” and its beautiful coral reef, the quiet and peaceful beach offers relaxing, sunbathing, snorkelling and swimming. • SOUK, RESTAURANTS & CAFES Discover the lively heartbeat of Dahab. In less than 2 minutes walk you´ll find yourself in the local charm of the bustling Asalah Souk. Stroll through the vibrant stalls, numerous grocery stores, fresh fruit & vegetable stands and the renowned “Ralph's German Bakery”. For a taste of local flavours, indulge in the delights of a small restaurant, a ta’ameya (Egyptian falafel) or koshary shop. Need essentials? A Drinkies (offering beer and wine), an ATM, and a pharmacy are conveniently nearby, ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless stay. No hidden charges, price inclusive of electricity, water, internet and all local taxes. One 16 liter tank of drinking water is provided, extra drinking water is available for 80 EGP per tank (16 ltr). • CLEANING FEE Our cleaning fee ensures exceptional cleaning standards between reservations. Extra cleaning service during your stay is available at additional charge. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. • PETS Are not allowed. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. We will ask you for a photo or copy of your passports or ID cards upon arrival. To comply with Egyptian regulations we must register all guests with the Tourist Police in Dahab. We need to submit marriage certificates for mixed Egyptian groups. • SMOKING Although smoking is not permitted inside the house, you are welcome to smoke on the terrace and in the garden. By renting this property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
