closest room to TLV train station and tram

100 meters from the subway tram station !!! Small cheap room with sofa , mattress, AC ,wifi , washing machine, dish washer. not fancy but very easy to get to the city central (10 minutes ride), and to all of Israel . the area has many parkings for car (if you want to rent one, my tip is : don't stay in Tel Aviv :) ) if you want to travel Israel and come back to Tel Aviv every day , this is the room for you ! and also if you want to save money on taxi from/to the airport , and use train :) The space The brand new tram station to tel aviv and other cities - 1 minute walking. The tram takes 10 mins to central tel aviv and known clubs like Kuli Alma. tel aviv train station-on the other side of the street. bus station to biggest cities in Israel-close to the train station. 2 big renting cars companies-7 minutes walking. many food stores and restaurants-on the other side of the street. some supermarkets-few minutes walking. Guest access you can access your room , the kitchen, toilet, bathroom, washing machine room. During your stay as I mentioned before I like to be the guests friend. Other things to note I have a nice room mate , and I'm renting the 3rd room in the house . I like my room mates to be my friends so I will probably give you many valuable tips and if it's possible maybe we can use my car to go out.
