The space Stay like a local in one of Bend’s best residential neighborhoods. This comfortable 4 bed, 2 bath house is a great launchpad for all your Bend adventures. Garage access to store your gear. Guest access Whole house, front deck & yard, back deck, back yard & garage (please request code). Other things to note No pets please: As a general rule, we do not allow pets due to owner allergies, but may consider some cases, so please send us a note for consideration. Pets without prior approval are subject to an additional $250 cleaning fee to cover deep cleaning of furniture and bedding. Baby and kid-friendly: House is equipped with high chair & a small array of kids toys and books. Pack & play and kids bikes / trailers / gear are available to borrow upon request. Eco-Friendly: The house is equipped with a reverse osmosis water tap, we encourage use of reusable water bottles. Please recycle accordingly (glass separated into blue bin). We also provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash in dispensers and laundry detergent sheets to cut down on the amount of plastic we produce. Heating/cooling: In addition to furnace heat, the house has a gas fireplace to provide warmth and ambiance. The house is cooled by portable ac units (one upstairs, one downstairs) with fans in each room.
