Large private 2nd floor studio style living area with queen size bed, couch, table/chairs, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, NO OVEN OR STOVE TOP, sink, large shower, A/C, heat, washer and dryer, and deck. Wifi internet is provided. The television has Netflix. No cable channels. The furnace is nontraditional. It is not located in a closet. The noise when running and starting will be louder than normal during winter months. Ear plugs are available for those that are noise sensitive. The space Disinfected in between stays. 400+ square feet of living area located on the 2nd floor of a large detached garage. It shares a driveway but it is not attached to the house. In addition, it has charging ports for electronics built into both nightstands next to the bed. Guest access There are no shared living spaces. The property is very safe and secure. It has a private entrance with a digital lock and two parking spots. Other things to note We offer discounts for weekly stays (2 weeks max). Close to many different medical campuses. This is a large private completely independent 2nd floor living area.
