Our modest retreat is nestled just down the street from Lewisville Lake. It is the perfect summer spot to unwind, decompress, and get back to what's important in life. It is in a quiet neighborhood at walking distance from the lake shore, 2 min from Big Sandy Boat Ramp and beautiful trails where tranquility waits for your family. Strategically located, 40 min away from Downtown Dallas and 16 min from Denton Square. The space To the left side of the house there is a front entrance to an independent room with bathroom currently occupied by the owner of the house. He will be occupying that room throughout your stay. This room will have no access to the Airbnb during your stay. In light of the current conditions regarding COVID-19, we continue to follow rigorous cleanliness practices which are always in place, so rest assured our house is always deeply cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized between stays! Guest access There is enough parking for four vehicles. Layout will be provided upon arrival. Other things to note No more than 7 guests including children and no more than 4 vehicles will be allowed. Guest cannot bring any additional people, and parties are strictly forbidden. (Please read policies and rules, and pricing) This is a smoke free house. No smoking or other use of tobacco products (including, but not limited to, weed, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaping devices, pipes, cigars, snuff, or chewing tobacco) is permitted in any part of the property. There will be a fine for any smoking evidence found in the house. Please put trash bags in the outside container. Please only flush toilet paper, so we don’t have to call the plumber during your stay. By the city ordinance, it is not allowed the emission of music, sound or other noise in a continuous, or for extended periods of time, in such a manner as to disturb persons living in the neighborhood in excess of (a) 75 decibels, between the hours of 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and/or (b) 65 decibels, between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
