The Grey Room - Quiet Boutique Double

The Grey Room is on the 2nd floor so very quiet. You have access to the family bathroom on the 1st floor and seperate additional WC. The lounge is not for guests however feel free to swing by for a cuppa/chat. You can help yourself to tea & coffee and prep basic breakfast/food just let us know. We are around a 7 min walk to Bournville station & New Street is 12 mins away from there by train. Birmingham University is 2 stops on the train. Stirchley is also worth a visit, super cool. The space The space is a double bedroom with beautiful linen & towels provided. We're very friendly and can always help with good places to eat and drink. We do keep the lounge as our own space but if you want to make drinks or basic food/breakfast in the kitchen you are welcome and we provide tea & coffee. The room is very quiet with a black out velux window. Our family & friends love this room as its tucked away at the top of the house and the room next door is only my dressing room. Mark works from home so he's always in his office on the first floor should you need anything. Please note it's on the second floor and the second set of stairs are quite steep. We have the main bathroom on the first floor as well as a seperate WC. Guest access You will have access to the garden, bedroom, bathroom, WC and kitchen for basic food prep/breakfast etc. Please note, its good yo give us an eta as Mark works from home but can be on the phone- so good to him a rough idea so he can let you in 🙏 During your stay Drop me an email, or text and I'm happy to help. I'm out and about at work Monday to Friday but always at the end of the phone, and Mark works from home, so if he's not on the phone, he's free to help. Other things to note We are really flexible so please drop us a message if you are looking at certain dates and we may be able to do weekends. The property steps down from the front door into the lounge, then another step into the kitchen and down a further step to the utility. The stairs are quite steep to the top floor, so please be careful!
