Relax in this charming T2 on the ground floor, ideally exposed with ocean views. You can't be better located to access the beach. The nearest is 100 m away, it is very cute and family-friendly. The GR34, a customs trail that stretches over 1800 km and goes around Brittany, passes in front of the apartment. It gives access to splendid panoramas. It's a little wonder for walkers and runners. Pets not allowed The space The apartment is located in a small, very quiet residence and consists of the following: - A large room including living room – dining room and a fitted kitchen. This room is equipped with a large bay window allowing you to admire the ocean from the sofa; - A bedroom consisting of a 140 cm double bed and a bunk bed (i.e. 2 single beds); - A bathroom with bathtub and toilet; - A terrace and a garden with garden furniture allow you to enjoy good meals or relax while watching the sea. The apartment is located by the sea halfway between Pont-Aven and Concarneau. It has a private parking space in front of the residence. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests: 2 adults and 2 children or 2 couples (double bed in the bedroom + sofa bed) Accessible By car via a toll-free highway By train, nearest SNCF station: Quimperlé (25 min by car).
