Rest in the shade of plane trees lulled by the screeching of cicadas? La Marevière opens its doors to you on 130 m² of living space in an enclosed and landscaped garden with a small swimming pool. You will combine the countryside with the city. Summer booking only from Saturday to Saturday and fortnightly. The space La Marevière is located in a very quiet residential area, a stone's throw from the bus station and the Marseille, Nice or Lyon highways. This is a 1930s family home of 130 m², a 10-minute walk from the historic heart of Aix en Provence. The house is rented for a minimum of 14 consecutive days in July and August. Designed for 5 people, 6 maximum (possibility to add an extra bed). Non-smoking rental, no pets allowed. The rental includes on the ground floor: Living room with dining area for 6 people and lounge area, with fireplace and upright piano, opening onto awning and terrace. Independent equipped kitchen with dining area, opening onto awning. 1 double bedroom with a 160x190 bed, opening onto the garden, terrace area. 1 Bathroom: with shower, sink, towel dryer and toilet. Bedroom and bathroom are low ceiling (1.90 m) Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed (poss. + 90x190 cm) 1 bedroom with a 110 x 190 cm bed (sheets in 140 cm) (poss. + 90 x 190 cm) 1 Bathroom: with two sinks and bathtub. 1 toilet The Exteriors: Large shaded terrace, awning with dining area. Garden furniture, deckchair and sun loungers. Small terrace in front of the bedroom on the garden level. Swimming pool (6 m x 3 m depth 1.40 m) secured (alarm) Shaded garden (400 m²), parking area for car in the entrance to the garden. Amenities: Washing machine, 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, fridge freezer. Household products available. Wi-Fi, DVD. No television. Extra charge: Mandatory cleaning fee: €150 and tourist tax per adult per night. Optional beds made and towels (excluding beach and pool). Graciously made available to you on request: Baby cot, high chair and bottle warmer. Pool: Beach towels and children's buoys are not provided. Guest access entire house and not semi-detached.
