Fisherman`s Cabin

Charming Historic Rorbu in the autentisk village of Tind. Step back in time in our traditional rorbu (fishermen’s cabin), originally built around 1890 and thoughtfully refurbished to blend old-world charm with modern comfort. You’ll still find the old alcove beds tucked under the ceiling—once used by local fishermen—but now complemented by fully renovated bedrooms with comfortable double and single beds and a modern bathroom. The space Our Rorbu is an original cabin with 2 bedrooms plus a loft. It is the back part of a double unit rorbu. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The loft is quite spacious with a double bed. Ceiling height in the loft area is 162 cm and is accessible by rather steep stairs. This fishermen’s cabin was originally built around 1890, but later refurbished. It lies partly over water, and you can fish from the pier in front of the cabins. There is a bathroom with shower and WC, a kitchen and a living room. The cabin has a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The total area of the cabin is about 50 sqm. There is free wifi available in the cabin. The beds are new and with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom has a shower and a water closet and was refurbished in 2019. You will have a side view of the harbor from the dining- and living rom.
