It is spacious and comfortable, consisting of a large room with a loft and a small kitchen area. A spacious bathroom with double shower is housed in a cave adjacent to the house; all spaces overlook a large shaded terrace with sea views. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, the terrace and the land in the adjoining terraces. The private gate is accessed through the adjacent property. Other things to note You can park your car or scooter on the municipal road and reach the house by walking less than 5 minutes on the mule track that includes a steep staircase (not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility). The house is beautiful but spartan, in classic Aeolian style. It does not have a washing machine or dishwasher (but laundry service can be arranged for a fee); there is no television or air conditioning, you cook on an induction stove, which can be placed outside.
