Clean room w shared bath in modern home near Tampa

Rooms in the house are rented out individually. There are guests in 1 other room sharing the bathroom. There are cameras in common areas (kitchen, living room, hallway, patio, garage front). Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 5 mins to Citibank. 10 mins to Brandon mall, HardRock cafe. 20 mins from Busch Gardens, downtown Tampa, USF, Airport (TPA). There is a full-length mirror in the closet for your convenience before going out. A bamboo basket to use for laundry. Guest access There is a smart lock for the room. Code will be provided at check-in time on the check-in day. During your stay I’ll be available on site or on phone. I will give my guests space and available when needed. Other things to note Please make sure you have your shoes off right behind the main door. We will keep it clean for everyone in the house at any given time. If you book last minutes/same day. It will be unlikely to check-in right away. It could take up to 3 hours to get the room ready for check-in.
