Relax with a drink on the pool’s martini step and soak up the sun or take in the beautiful sunset views. Keep kids entertained with a level garden. Generous seating is available at the ten-seater dining table, kitchen island and bar. There are two en suite bedrooms and another bedroom with two single beds and guest bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans with the main bedroom air conditioned. For the cooler days, keep warm with underfloor heating and heated towel rails in all bathrooms and a wood burning fireplace in the living area. Appliances include an oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer & Nespresso coffee machine. WiFi & Netflix is provided, and DSTV Now is available for guests to login to their own account. The villa is equipped with an inverter to keep the lights, fridge, freezer, WiFi and TV's on in the event of load shedding or power cuts. A camp cot, high chair and pool net is available on request, and there are no baby gates on the two staircases on the property. There is an enclosed double garage and on-site parking, and for your peace of mind, the house is fully alarmed with armed response. Please note that although the villa will still be exclusively yours, downstairs will not be accessible. If you would like access to two additional bedrooms and another TV lounge, please make a booking for the entire villa (sleeps 10) which is a separate listing.
