This accommodation provides peaceful and spacious summer living, with good parking, and is close to the A30 for exploring. Ideal for 1 large or 2 small families, with upside down design, downstairs has a double and twin bedroom , a bathroom and a Utility room (which can be used as a kitchen/diner if requested). Upstairs has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, with an ensuite double bedroom. In a hamlet, close to village amenities. It is near Eden, Heligan, The Roseland and Newquay. The space This is an upside down house. Downstairs has a double and a twin bedroom , a full bathroom with bath and shower and a Utility Room. For guests requiring an extra or more easily accessible kitchen space you can request use of the downstairs kitchen/diner but there is a fully equipped guest kitchen upstairs for general use. Upstairs is a large open plan space with full kitchen, dining space and lounge. There is a large double bedroom also upstairs with ensuite toilet and shower room. There is parking for up to 4 cars outside and a walled and tiered garden for eating outside. Guest access You have private use of all the house. You can use all indoor spaces except the downstairs study which is locked off. The workshop opposite the house on the driveway is not accessible to guests and will be locked. I will tell you if I need access to it but that will be hardly at all. The Solar shed area is not for guest use. If you are planning to use the downstairs kitchen/diner I would request you tell me so I can prepare it for you. You are welcome to use the garden. Other things to note Guests often ask about bringing small children and babies and I have welcomed many. I do not have any equipment for small children - no cot, no highchair - although this year a guest left a 2nd hand Bumbo. No stair guards, no socket covers, no cupboard locks. Some ornaments may be within reach. Cleaning products are stored in kitchen and bathroom floor level cupboards. There is a truckle bed that can be lowered to floor level in the twin room. It is easily possible to accommodate children, and many guests already have, by being vigilant, shutting doors to stop stair access, moving ornaments and cleaning products if needed.
