The space The apartment is modern, light and spacious throughout; perfect for families, business trips, groups or couples. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space provides a nice & comfortable area for preparing meals or watching a film. There is a smart TV & WIFI available. The balcony space overlooks the village and has some outdoor seating where you can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine & there are some card games available for evening entertainment. The bedrooms are also of a modern style, there is one master double room and one small double room, both with plenty of storage and offering a comfortable retreat after a long day, with extra blankets available during cooler months. The bathroom has a shower, w.c & sink. There is also air conditioning in every room, for added comfort. A travel cot and highchair is also available upon request. Guest access Located in a quiet residential street within Famagusta town, the flat offers a secure space with key coded entry & private off street parking. Please note this is a fourth floor apartment, but there is a lift within the building.
