This refined and cozy studio apartment located in the historic Borgo Pio neighborhood immerses you in the heart of Rome. Nestled between St. Peter's Square, the Vatican Museums, and Castel Sant'Angelo, you can effortlessly explore Rome on foot or with the nearby subway, experiencing the true essence of the city. Recently renovated with modern furnishings, it's a small and quiet retreat, perfect for unwinding after an exciting day of exploring the wonders of the historic center! The space The studio is located on the second floor of a renovated historic building, equipped with an elevator (please note that there are 5 steps to access it). It has been completely refurbished with modern furnishings, optimizing the available space for maximum comfort. The studio features a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep and relaxation while watching TV. Additionally, there is a small kitchenette, fully equipped with two electric stovetops, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, and kitchenware. Completing the space is a small foldable table with two stools and a compact built-in wardrobe where you can store your clothes and find various household amenities (extra blankets and pillows, an iron and ironing board, etc.). The room is lit up by a large window overlooking the tranquil pedestrian street of Borgo Pio, ensuring a quiet environment. The retro-style bathroom, also completely renovated, is equipped with a shower and a bidet. Guest access The apartment is located within a residential building, so please remember to respect the areas shared with other residents. For your stay, the house will be entirely at your disposal, cleaned and fully equipped by a professional cleaning company. The setup includes bedding (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, and blankets), bathroom linens (face and body towels for each guest), and a welcome courtesy kit (shampoo, soap, and toilet paper) for each guest. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! DOCUMENTS. Upon check-in, all guests will be required to present a valid identification document. LATE CHECK-IN. After 8:00 PM, check-in is possible ONLY upon availability and payment of an extra charge, to be paid in cash upon arrival: · from 8:00 PM = €20 · from 9:00 PM = €30 · from 10:00 PM = €40 · from 11:00 PM = €50 No check-ins allowed after midnight! ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES. For stays exceeding 15 nights, there is a mandatory extra cleaning every 2 weeks, at an additional charge.
