Ideal for families and groups, it combines comfort, privacy and the authentic atmosphere of the Minho region, with easy access to Braga and the Gerês. 🌿 Privacy and nature The property shares an entrance with the accommodation of the person responsible for maintaining the property, but the house and guest areas are completely independent. Enjoy the spacious gardens, fruit trees and outdoor areas in peace and tranquillity. 🏡 Two floors with independent access The house is arranged over two floors, providing greater privacy and independence. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Having a kitchen on each floor provides extra convenience for families and groups. All bedrooms have heating. The house also features a fireplace and pellet stove. 🔥 Autumn and winter Enjoy cosy moments by the fireplace or gather with family and friends on the covered terrace, with barbecue and traditional wood-fired oven. ☀️ Summer Enjoy the private swimming pool, garden, sun loungers and hammock. By car: The property is well-connected via the A3 highway. Free parking is available at the Quintinha. By train: The nearest train station is Braga, located about 15 km from the property. From Braga, you can rent a car, take a taxi, or use public transport to reach the Quintinha. By bus: Regular buses connect Braga to Amares. The Amares bus terminal is just a short drive from the property. Transport Options Car rental: We recommend renting a car to explore Amares and its surroundings with more flexibility. Taxis or ride-sharing services: Services like Uber and Bolt are available in the region, especially in and around Braga.
