Travelers Hideaway - Complete Guest Suite

The Traveler's Hideaway is the perfect spot to begin your Colorado adventure, work trip, or relaxation. Located 30 minutes from Denver Airport, we are in a great neighborhood that includes bike paths and nearby convenience. It is centrally located between Denver and Boulder, and by the Westminster Promenade! The space The space includes a private entry and outdoor space with a fire pit. The entire lower level will be just for you during your stay. There is one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a work station, and plenty of space to store your belongings. The suite also includes a private bathroom, living area, and kitchenette. The kitchenette contains a full-size fridge, induction burner, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, coffee bar, and tea kettle, as well as dishware, glasses, and utensils. The living space includes a smart TV with all major streaming services, a couch, and a 2-person dining high-top table. Tanner works from home, and we will be home quite often. Your private entrance is through a private side gate. Please latch the side gate and lock your door when entering and leaving. The entry includes an outdoor patio with a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. Guest access The guests will have their private entrance through the side gate, which includes a stairway through the garden to a keypad entry on the lower level door. Other things to note This residence is our home, where we live above the Hideaway. You may hear some light walking above you, but we try to be mindful of all our guests. Additionally, there is no thermostat for our guests to control on the bottom level. However, the lower level stays insulated from the heat or the cold. We run A/C in the summer and heat in the winter to keep it comfortable for our guests. Additional fans or space heaters are available upon request. We love our neighbors, so it is important to respect our quiet hours and never have guests over who are not on the reservation.
