Close to the Beaujoire Comfortable and very nice apartment. Close to the Erdre, the faculties and public transport (line 2 TRAM 500 meters 15 min from the city center by tram). A cocoon of pleasure located in the city in a country area. The space It's just my cocoon. I carefully decorated it to feel good as well as my children.
