Charlie’s Peninsula Paradise - Brand New Unit!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish and brand new space just 8 minutes walk to Tootgarook beach and 5 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Springs. Charlie’s place is a private, separate and self contained area with it’s own bathroom and kitchen suitable for basic cooking. There are two bedrooms , one with a queen bed and the other with triple bunk beds (double on bottom and single on top). Newly renovated with brand new furniture! Easy walk to The Kitchen and Veraison, local cafes/restaurants. The space Brand new, clean and stylish. Rooms are comfortable with new pillow top mattresses on the beds. The main room contains a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has triple bunks (double on bottom, single on top). All beds are made up with cotton linen and woollen blankets for the cooler months. The kitchen is all brand new and is suitable for basic cooking (e.g. stove top cooking). Basic cooking utensils are supplied and the space is fully equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, glasses (including wine glasses) and cutlery. A bar fridge is also provided. The living area is sparsely furnished but is clean and comfortable. Guest access Guests will have access to the backyard area immediately outside of the unit. Other things to note As the guesthouse is in the backyard, you may come across my dog Charlie (see picture) at times. He will not bother you and is very friendly and loves a pat!
