Character house on the Larzac

This renovated old sheepfold is located on the Larzac plateau, an exceptional territory listed by UNESCO, in the heart of the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park, in the small village of Liquisses (municipality of Nant), 10 minutes from the A75 and 25 minutes from Millau. The sheepfold of CléMarie is an atypical village house combining traditional architecture: stone, caussenardes vaults, wood, iron but also modern comfort. An unfenced garden and patio are adjacent to the building. The space The accommodation, renovated in 2022, consists of a ground floor and one floor. The GARDEN LEVEL consists of: - a large open and bright main room: equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher...) + dining room + seating area with pellet stove, - a separate toilet, - a master suite (bedroom with 140 cm bed, shower room and dressing room). The FLOOR is accessible by an iron staircase that serves a locally forged walkway. The floor consists of: - a vaulted bedroom with two twin beds of 90 cm, - a vaulted bedroom with a 140 cm bed, - a bathroom with shower and toilet, - a vaulted relaxation area or living room that can accommodate an extra bed. The total area of the sheepfold is about 120 square meters. A courtyard is available to park vehicles. ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Outdoor activities (hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, rail biking...) Templar and Hospitaller villages, Tarn and Dourbie gorges, Millau viaduct, Roquefort cellars. Heated municipal swimming pool in the next village. Guest access The proposed rate corresponds to the rental of the entire property. Other things to note Linens, fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, gloves, and hand towels are included. The beds will be prepared to ensure ease and comfort upon arrival. Cleaning fee is included. Arrivals and departures will be from Saturday to Saturday during the summer (July and August). More than 6 people: additional rate applied.
