Unique converted water tank with cinema space

This is a unique place to stay - a converted water tank over 2 levels, built in 1909 for water storage. We've renovated it over the years, adding full-height windows and a sunken garden. There are 2 bedroom spaces, with twin beds and a double sofa bed, divided by blackout curtains and a room screen. The kitchenette has an induction hob and microwave; only internal walls are in the bathroom and utility. The space We've added a projector under the mezzanine, complete with a Roku streaming bar, so you can enjoy films and much more during your stay! With blackout curtains installed, you can use it any time of the day, even during the light summer evenings. Guest access The entire Water Tank is exclusively available to our guests, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. You'll have access to a private sunken garden and convenient parking right outside the door. Other things to note The space is ideal for a family or friends getaway, and it's both pet and child-friendly. With plenty of outdoor activities in the local area, including numerous walking and cycling routes within the South Downs National Park, guests can enjoy the natural surroundings. Notably, the Rogate Downhill, just minutes away, offers thrilling cycling opportunities. Additionally, our space features underfloor heating, ensuring a cosy and comfortable atmosphere during the winter months.
