It is a 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is in a very convenient location just 5 minutes walk from a subway, a Korean restaurant and a Boba shop. 10 minutes walk to Walmart. There is a smart tv in the living room and one in each bedroom. Guests have complete and exclusive access to Unit C with the exception of one locked closet under the stairs. Guests will access the unit with a key in a lockbox on the front door. This unit is pet friendly and has a fenced backyard. In front of the quadplex guests will find parking spaces to park their vehicles. If the parking spaces are full you can also park in front of the building on the side of the street. I used to live in this building. Never had any problems with the neighbors. Very convenient location. Access to all the essentials without the need for a car. If you occasionally want to travel farther I er and Lyft are available and might be a cheaper alternative to renting a car. guests must clean their dishes or run dishwasher before checkout or there will be a $20 fee. All dishes, utensils and cookware must be cleaned. Early check-in may be available upon request for an additional $20 depending on whether or not the cleaning can be completed early.
