Although it is fumigated regularly, keep in mind that it is possible to find animals in the accommodations as we are surrounded by the jungle. And we are not liable for this. Please note that you are staying in a place within the jungle. We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations if you find some species of animals in the listing. + The cleaning fee you pay is to clean the place on your check out. In case you need cleaning during your stay, they have an extra cost and are subject to availability (you will have to request it in advance). + No parties or any noisy meetings. We ask that you keep your volume during your stay and be quiet after 10pm. + People come here to enjoy their vacations. There are shared common areas: pools, gym, patio, lobby, etc. + Use the towels for reasonable use as we do not change the towels every day. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. Any lost or damaged towel will be charged to purchase their replacement. + We kindly ask that you take care of our accommodation and return it in good condition.
