Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea on the patio or fish off the pier. The gorgeous sunsets never get old. This gated condo is a quiet, relaxing vacation spot for families or couples. No events allowed such as birthday parties, large events or spring break parties. Quiet time: 10 pm to 8 am. The space Everything you need for a fantastic vacation is here. Just bring yourself and your food and drink and personal items. Those who enjoy cooking will enjoy the gourmet kitchen. However, please note that cleaning or cooking of fish is prohibited due to lingering odors and extra cleanup. There is a fish cleaning station on the pier in front of the condo. This condo is also available for long term rental; for example, winter Texans. Message host for more information or questions you may have. Guest access Dedicated boat slip is available to guests as well as a private boat launch on the property with trailer parking available at no extra cost. All boats and watercraft must be removed from water and placed on trailers in designated boat/trailer parking at night. Jet skis must be attended at all times. If you leave the beach area, you must move your watercraft. There is a covered dedicated parking spot very close to the condo. Parking pass must be visible on dashboard. Car pass will be on bulletin board in condo and must be placed on dashboard upon arrival. One extra car is permitted, and should be parked in designated parking area with valid pass visible. Any guest car without a visible pass is subject to being towed at owner’s expense. Other things to note No events allowed per COA, including birthday parties, large gatherings, etc. Strictly monitored and enforced. This is a quiet community for relaxation and laid back fun. There are permanent residents living here. Condos are restricted to 2 adults per bedroom. Children are welcome. Pets are not allowed in this condo. Loud and obnoxious behavior and drunkenness are not tolerated. Very family oriented with a small beach and fenced pool. Stunning view of the lake. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises per Condominium Owners’ Association. Winter Texans who want to experience a mild winter may want to consider a long term stay at Pointe of View.
