This listing consists of one king-size bed and a luxurious private bathroom with bathtub which we provide guests with toiletries in our unique scent. It features a private balcony and include a flat screen TV, high speed Wifi 500/500mbps, air conditioner, hair dryer, water heater, kettle, complimentary drinking water and welcome fruits and snacks. From here, you can easily walk to all ancient and cultural tourist attractions. For food lovers, you will enjoy many legendary street food and local food stores. Travel-wise, MRT Sam Yod is just 1km away and China Town is only 2km away too. Guest access This listing is located on the third floor of the building. Guests will have access to our lobby (shared with other guests) at ground floor area. Other things to note We’re so happy to host you and hope you’ll enjoy your stay. A few quick notes: • Please send us passport photos of all guests before check-in (required by Thai Immigration). • Only registered guests are allowed on the property, so make sure your booking reflects the correct number of guests. • Our building is next to the main road, so some traffic noise may be heard. We’ve provided earplugs for light sleepers. • Kindly respect our neighbors as this is a residential area. • The room and balcony are non-smoking. A THB 5,000 fine applies if this rule is broken. • Lost key card replacement fee: THB 500. • Please note that breakfast and hotel-style services are not provided. The property is managed in an Airbnb style, so you’ll enjoy a more self-catering and independent stay. • Please note that we do not provide luggage storage, either before check-in or after check-out, as we do not have staff on-site to look after belongings. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage. We apologize for the inconvenience. Changing or replacing the shower head, faucets, or any other fixtures inside the bedroom or bathroom is strictly prohibited. If any changes are found, a fine of 2,000 THB per item will be charged.
