The unit is 30 mins drive away from Dunn's River Fall, Dolphin Cove, & Mystic Mountain in Ocho Rios, 3 mins away from Flavors Beach, 5 mins from Ultimate Jerk Center & Green Grotto Cave. Other nearby restaurants include Sharkies, Milestone & Plantation Smoke House. The community is clean, quiet, and has a lovely ambiance. The space The home is a comfortable for four guests. This is a self-catering home that offers modern amenities to give guests the best home away from home experience. The unit is a 2-bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living-room, washroom and garage. The home also includes a washer, ceiling fan, wireless internet, and is located in a great community that offers a more authentic Jamaican vibe. Guest access Guest has full access to the entire home. Other things to note We can accommodate four guests. A copy of your Government ID is required to check in. A deposit of $250 is required for any booking which will be refunded to the guest if there are no incidentals 24 hrs. after checkout. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house. There is a fine of $250 if you smoke in the house. No more than four people should be in the home at any given time. The guests may be subject to penalties and or immediate cancellation. The community is gated with 24-hour security.
