This family friendly house in Vincentia is the perfect spot to stay while enjoying all that Jervis Bay has to offer. This house includes 3 bedrooms, main bathroom, ensuite, media room, Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas BBQ, laundry with washing machine, ducted air conditioner and fully fenced yard with trampoline. The space Bedroom Configuration is: Bedroom 1- Queen bed with ensuite Bedroom 2- Single bed Bedroom 3- Single bed Guest access You will have full access to the property throughout your stay, however the garage, pantry and the fourth bedroom are locked and not available for guest use as they contain personal property for when we use the space. There is however plenty of kitchen cupboard space and driveway parking available for guest use. Guests will have full access to the laundry and cleaning products. The Wi-Fi password will be provided upon check-in. Other things to note Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep late night noise to a minimum. Regret no pets. No smoking Don't forget your beach towels as these are not provided. Christmas & New Years is a minimum of 6 nights.
