Mornings are best spent on our back deck, enjoy your days on the lake with our dock or using our Kayaks and floats! WATER DEPTH: * Please note as of Sept 3, 2026 we have 16 inches of water off the dock* PATH TO DOCK: The distance from the house to the dock is 250ft. WATER CRAFTS: 1 Sit-on-top Fishing Kayak 1 Sit Inside Kayak LIFE JACKETS: 3 Adult Universal Life Jackets (Vest Style) STAINLESS STEEL MAJOR KITCHEN APPLIANCES - Fridge, Flat top Electric Stove, Microwave, and dishwasher SMALL KITCHEN APPLIANCES: Drip & Keurig Coffee Makers, Toaster, Blender, and 6 Quart Slow Cooker / Crockpot WE SUPPLY: All linens and towels. Starter-hand soap, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, foil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. WASHER / DRYER in upper level and we supply an Iron & Ironing Board HAIR DRYERS in each bathroom DRIVEWAY / PARKING - Very flat, room for 6+ vehicles / trailers, and we have a circular turn around by the house! GREEN POND LANDING & Event Center is only 22 miles (30 minutes) from this property The closest boat ramp is the Harbor light marina. The marinas boat ramp is only open 9-5 and has a $5 fee. Guest access Guests have full access to the house Other things to note CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available if you would like to extend your stay for rent to the following day at 10am.
