Relax with the whole family in this cozy 2 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage home in Strawberry. Enjoy the cool mornings or breezy evenings on one of two patios and fully fenced front and back yards. Close to everything Pine/Strawberry has to offer - restaurants, pubs, shopping, hiking, sightseeing, wildlife, bike riding, side by side trails, and much more! The space This air conditioned home is complete with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, dining area, and laundry room. The family room features a sectional couch, 65 inch smart TV, and board games and other activities. The main bedroom features a king sized bed, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of storage for personal items. The secondary bedroom has a twin sized bunkbed and ample storage. Guests may also use the attached garage, front yard, and backyard as they desire. The property is professionally cleaned prior the every stay with fresh all white bath and bed linens. Guest access Guests may enjoy use of the entire property including the laundry room and all other interior spaces, both patios, the 2 car garage, fully fenced front yard, and fully fenced back yard. Other things to note Items provided - - Garage remote: one garage remote will be provided. Please do not forget to leave at the property at the end of your stay. - Cleaning and laundry supplies: cleaning and laundry essentials are provided for guests. Please only use what you need. Other things to know - - Elk fencing: there is elk fencing on either side of the property to prevent the elk from getting into the backyard. Please keep the fencing closed. If the elk have access to the backyard, they will damage and/or rip out the young plants around the perimeter. - There isn’t a dishwasher. Used dishes need to be hand washed. - Toilets: the property is on septic (as are all homes in Pine/Strawberry). Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (no tissues, paper towels, personal hygiene, chemicals, etc.). Other items can go in the trash. - The second bedroom is tiny, a perfect size for small children or those only needing a second separate sleeping area. - The weekly trash pickup is each Wednesday (usually morning). If you are staying Tuesday, please pull the trash out Tuesday night. If you are also staying Wednesday, please pull it back in after being picked up. - Water conservation: water is a precious resource and very limited in Arizona and especially in Pine/Strawberry. Please be careful to not waste water at the property.
