The space The house is completely surrounded by a balcony, suitable for swinging in the hammock and enjoying a beautiful view while listening to the sound of the river's waters. With 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 consisting of 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 extra mattress and 3 hammocks; while bedroom 2 consists of 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 air mattress, 1 extra mattress and 3 hammocks. All bedrooms are equipped with independent air-conditioning. Two social bathrooms, one inside the house and the other in the outdoor area. Large living room with TV, DVD, stereo, cable TV and a comfortable sofa. American kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, blender, plus all utensils. Large gourmet area, covered and with all the necessary equipment for preparing the barbecue, also composed of an industrial stove and a wood-burning oven next to the barbecue, a horizontal freezer, and a huge rustic wooden table ventilated by a ceiling fan. The house is a few meters from the river, which has a strip of natural sand similar to a small beach with a huge table and a rustic barbecue suitable for preparing barbecues. It also has a small tree-covered square with benches and rustic tables to sit and enjoy a drink or even relax and/or meditate. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property.
