Lovely guest house on Sudersand

The cottage is part of a small cottage area in a secluded and quiet forest area a few hundred meters from the sandy beach that is several kilometers long. In a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach the part of Sudersand and Fårö "where everything happens". The cabin is bright with large windows. An open floor plan with high ceilings for the living room, dining area and kitchen with a fireplace for extra coziness. The balcony has a dining area and barbecue to maximize outdoor living. Rented Saturday-Saturday. This may be changed on request. The space The guest house is about 45 sqm and is located on an open natural plot with a forest grove below. The cottage has 1 bedroom: 1 double bed 180 cm wide. Here you can set up an extra bed, 80 cm wide, if necessary. In the living room, there is a sofa bed 140 cm wide. It should be really nice to sleep on, says a previous guest. Travel bed and high chair can be booked for a surcharge. The bright living room with large privacy-protected window sections and exit to the balcony has a dining area as well as a small kitchen and a lovely sofa set. There is also a fireplace for extra coziness. The small kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker. However, there is no dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, shower and floor heating. TV and Wi-Fi via fiber connection. Balcony with dining area and a couple of armchairs. Free parking next to the cottage in a shared parking lot. Guest access On the plot is also the Storstugan, about 69 sqm. The cottages can of course be rented by the same group but are not necessary for a lovely holiday stay as they are facing away from each other. There is a service room where guests share a washing machine, dryer, iron/board. There are also available for borrowing: extra outdoor chairs, cooler, thermos, brass chairs, some outdoor toys. Other things to note We bought the accommodations on Fårö in the fall of 2020 and we are renovating and equipping them gradually, at the pace we can manage. Of course, we will not only be on Fårö to paint, do carpentry, decorate, clear the forest undergrowth or whatever happens to be at the top of the "to-do list". But also take the opportunity to enjoy Fårö from time to time, not least because Henrik's brother and family have had one of the cottages in the area for several years. We hope that during your stay with us, you will be as fond of this part of Fårö as we have had the privilege of becoming! Cleaning is done by the guests themselves. Check-in is possible from 3 pm and guests are welcome to stay until 11 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed, of course. Sheets and towels are not included. And you - don't forget the morning dip before breakfast on the patio :)
