Newly renovated house in leafy West Preston

Light-filled double brick semi-detached home set high on a rise with lovely views over to the West. On a quiet tree-lined street with lockable sliding front gate. This home would be ideal for a family or a couple who would like somewhere nice and spacious. Two couples could stay here too and some kids. There is one King bed with ensuite and ceiling fan and a Queen bed in another bedroom. In the child’s bedroom there is a King single bed with King single trundle bed (that can be raised on legs). The space The space is beautifully light and airy with period details throughout. Netflix, Disney, Binge, Apple TV with a great sound system. Very cosy central heating. Ceiling fan in master bedroom and child’s bedroom and floor fans for summer. Reverse cycle aircon in lounge/kitchen. Great sunset views from the front porch. Nice deep bath in the main bathroom, literally the biggest we could find! The kitchen is beautiful to cook in, lots of thought has gone into this renovation. In the second bedroom there is a queen bed with a foam mattress in a Plush sofa bed. It’s as comfy as a normal good quality mattress. Nice big courtyard out the back and fenced front garden. Kitchen well stocked with a wide range of appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Guest access You have access to all the space, front yard, back yard, the works Other things to note Parking on the street is free and untimed. We park in the driveway.
