Bright and breezy oceanfront condo

Enjoy a spectacular condo with beautiful oceanfront views, fresh sea breezes, and the gentle roar of the waves! - Walk out your back door directly onto the beautiful beach! - Sip your coffee looking right over the ocean! - Lounge by the huge oceanfront pool! - Stroll the great local bars and restaurants of Calle Loiza and the Condado! - Paddleboard with manatees at the nearby Condado lagoon! - Take an easy 10 minute ride to Old San Juan to stroll the island's beautiful history! The space Our condo features a large open living area and kitchen, as well as a lovely raised breakfast nook directly overlooking the beach and ocean. There is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a workspace with desk and monitor. Our apartment does not have a dedicated television, but guests can enjoy our high-speed wifi for any personal devices and connect to the large monitor available for any big screen needs. The living room sofa bed can be easily reconfigured for extra sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom has both a high fixed showerhead and handheld spray option, and a washer and dryer are within the apartment. Guest access Our guests have full access to the Condado Del Mar, a great building with its own private beach entrance. Visitors can enjoy the building's large outdoor pool, children's pool, and tennis courts, as well as indoor facilities including a gym, lending library, and rec area. The building also houses a small convenience store on the premises - great for snacks, coffee, and last-minute beachgoing accessories. Other things to note Parking; If you are bringing a car, there is free parking near our building along Calle Marbella and/or Calle Ojeda. If you are interested in a specific assigned parking spot in the building parking lot, please message us 48 hours in adveance, and we will do our best to try to find a space for you; usually these spots are rented out by other owners for a $15b daily fee.
