We are just 45 min from Cat Haven (big cat rescue) and both the front and rear entrance to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Forests. We are just a few miles away from the river to help beat the heat. Whatever you are looking for we are centrally located to get you where you need to be. Sofa bed when you have more than two. (Additional padding in the closet to make the futon more comfortable or throw it on the floor for the kids.) Great place for traveling nurses. The space Mother In Law house separated from main house with a small kitchenette and fridge. Double bed, and couch that folds down to make another double. Additional futon mattress in the closet for added comfort or use on the floor for the kids. Apt is close to the alley so if you stay during the week trash comes on Thursdays so its a bit loud. Guest access You are more than welcome to sit under the patio to smoke and enjoy the misters in the heat. There is also a couple chairs and umbrella outside the door in the garden that can be used. Other things to note If you are needing to stay more than 30 days please contact me for pricing. I’ve recently added an air fryer and a hot-water kettle for guest to use as well. All basic kitchen ware is avail- dishes, pans, coffee pot, etc. There is coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the unit as well as basic spices, sugar, creamer, and cooking spray. We recently enclosed our patio that covers one window in the apt. An artificial light has been added and can be shut off. We will be remodeling soon and moving the window.
