Warm, large comfortable bedroom in modern architect designed house. Sleeps 2 either as superking or two single beds. Bedroom has access to its own balcony for outside sitting on warmer days. Bathroom is large with both a bath and a shower. Although not ensuite, the bathroom is for sole use by you and your family. A private sitting room may be available for a small additional charge. Please enquire before booking, as this is not always available. The space Room in a modern design house with floor to ceiling windows and its own balcony. Guest access Guests share kitchen with the owner. Use of utility room with washer/dryer. There is access to the garden for sitting but use for other activities such as BBQ is by request. During your stay Owner works from home several days a week and is also available by phone or text. Other things to note A separate, private sitting room is available for an extra charge or can be reserved for additional guests if wanted. The owner has two dogs so please be aware if you have any allergies the dogs are allowed into all areas of the house.
