The space The first bedroom is a very comfortable king size and specially designed for resting, with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Being on the 9th floor makes it less noisy. The second bedroom is a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds and a floor fan. This room also has its own bathroom that it shares with the living and dining room. All our bedrooms have blackout curtains to darken the room in the morning and get a better rest. At the entrance you can enjoy the living room and dining room, with a different style and colorful design, designed to impress you and spend unique moments with the 55" TV and 50 mb internet. The development has 2 gyms, a jogging track and a very large heated pool. It's super safe as it has a 24-hour security guard. The main restrictions are moderate noise after 9 pm and respect for neighbors. The pool is common for all apartments and the gym for 2 people per apartment and it is important to respect the internal rules of no drinks, food or loud speakers Please note that some of the furniture and decorations shown in the pictures may change due to wear and tear, but that will not affect your stay at all. The bottles of wine, glasses, flowers, etc. that are seen in the photo are included in the rent and are only put there for the photograph. Please indicate very clearly the number of people who will be staying, because from 4 people, there is a charge per person per night. Other things to note In stays longer than one week, at least one weekly cleaning will be carried out, which will be charged in $500 to the client, to make a change of sheets and towels, and keep the state of the apartment in optimal condition.
