Cozy thatched roof house with lots of space and style

An exclusive historic thatched-roof house dating from 1833, tastefully renovated and offering plenty of space for family gatherings and smaller groups. In the heart of Schleswig-Holstein, near Kiel, between the Baltic Sea, the North Sea and the Plön Lake District. One half of a semi-detached house is available for rent; the garden is shared. Unfortunately, no pets allowed (as we have allergy sufferers in the family). Over 300 m² just for you! Please feel free to ask about the layout of the rooms and sleeping arrangements. The space The property is over 300m2, a huge kitchen-living room with wardrobe and bathroom on the ground floor, from there you can reach the terrace and garden. On the upper floor are the office, the bedrooms, the family bathroom, the children's room, and the guest studio with a stage and a bathroom. Our furnishings are growing along with our children (born in 2019 and 2021), so items of furniture may change. Please enquire! Guest access We will leave a key for you and can be contacted by mobile phone. Other things to note We live in this house with two families. There are two separate accommodation units. My sister lives in the other unit with her husband and three school-age children. So, during your stay, you may not be alone on the premises – the other family may also be in the garden, and, of course, there will be some signs of life from time to time (: My sister's family is also available as a point of contact for any questions or problems, if necessary.
