Cozy & minimalist living in a peaceful fishing village The space A quiet break away from busy city life. This functional 20 sq m KODA Loft Micro is an embodyment of Nordic minimalism, having everything you need for a cozy short-time stay. The cabin is located in the old fishing village Neeme, about 40 km East from Tallinn. There is a kitchenette, a bathroom and a living room downstairs and a sleeping area on the mezzanine. In addition to the double bed on the mezzanine, the comfortable sofa downstairs easily becomes a bed for one or two persons. Magnificent sea views can be enjoyed from the sleeping and living areas and from the sunny terrace. The studio has wifi, but there is also a pile of good books, so we recommend unplugging and enjoying the panoramic views, the waves, the wind or birdsong, perhaps a bottle of good wine and a book from our selection (or yours). There is a bbq area in the garden (available between April and October). The sandy beach is just a short walk away and there are jogging and hiking trails nearby. The village has a small shop/cafe open all year round and a restaurant and a pub, open during the summer season. Guest access There is a guest parking space on the premises. Apart from the terraces around the house, you will have a campfire site at your disposal and you are welcome to explore the front garden right up to the shoreline! Bike rental, firewood, camping grill & utensils, transfers & early check-in/late checkout are extra services — please check availability & book beforehand. Other things to note - No smoking; no open fire in or around the house. - Silent hours: from 10pm to 10am. - Please agree any extra guests on the premises with the owner. No extra guests during silent hours. - No pets, sorry! - The house is at its best for 2 adults and might not be suitable for infants and children under 12 years of age. - You will be in the nature, so we invite you to be careful and respectful towards the small wild animals, birds and reptiles you might meet.
